Great lesson. God’s strength is made perfect in our weakness. All he needs is for us to trust Him.
I liked this lesson because even though I have 2 Corinthians 12:9,10 memorized, I had not seen what my thorn in the flesh is! It is interesting that Paul talks about going to Heaven. There are three people in the bible that talk about this same experience, Isaiah, Paul and John. None of the experiences were anything like the ones people today claim to have experienced, hmm, kind a tells you something doesn’t it?
It’s so easy to get distracted and tied up with matters of this fallen world. This lesson is a daily reminder that if my passion is for Christ than I should never lose my focus, remember the mission and grow my relationship in Christ. It all comes back to living for His glory. We live, we die, we suffer all for His glory.
